Part 1: Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Resolve Group LLC is a Nevada company that helps homeowners understand potential options relating to residential solar agreements. Our services may include initial intake, document guidance, document retrieval assistance, file organization and preparation, and review of information homeowners provide.
Once a file is complete, it may be referred to an independent third-party law firm for further review. Resolve Group LLC is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, and does not give legal advice.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through our website, by phone, by text message, by email, through online forms, and in person through our field representatives.

- Your communication and privacy preferences.
Please do not send us information that is not needed for us to evaluate or respond to your inquiry.
Information we receive from third parties. We may receive personal information from marketing and lead-generation partners when you ask them for information about solar-related options and agree to be contacted. This may include your name, contact information, property location, and details you provided about your solar situation. We may also receive information from our service providers, such as confirmation of a payment.
Information collected automatically. When you use our website, our hosting, security, analytics, and advertising tools may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system;
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and referring pages or URLs;
- Approximate location derived from your IP address;
- Dates and times of your visits; and

3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and contact you about information you requested;
- Understand your solar agreement and circumstances and conduct an initial review;
- Identify, request, collect, and organize documents for your file;

- Prepare your file for review by an independent third-party law firm;
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments and consultations;
- Process payments for services you agree to purchase;
- Provide customer support and status updates;
- Keep records of our communications, consents, and agreements;
- Operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and services;
- Measure and improve our advertising;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with laws and legal obligations; and
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We use Social Security numbers and financial account numbers only for purposes connected to your file, identity verification, payment, or legal compliance.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technologies
We use artificial intelligence (AI) and other automated technologies to help run our business. These tools may be used to:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls;
- Place calls or send messages to schedule, confirm, or remind you of appointments;
- Respond to messages and website chat inquiries;
- Draft and send emails;
- Record, transcribe, and summarize calls; and
- Measure and target our advertising.
When you contact us, you may be communicating with an automated or AI-assisted system rather than a person. You can ask to speak with a member of our team at any time.
Where the law requires it, we will obtain your consent before calling you using an artificial or prerecorded voice, including an AI-generated voice. Information processed by AI tools is handled by service providers acting on our behalf.
5. Call Recording and Transcription
Calls with Resolve may be recorded and transcribed by our phone system and AI tools. We use recordings and transcripts for quality assurance, training, recordkeeping, and documenting your file.
Where required by law, we will tell you at the start of a call that it may be recorded. If you do not want a call recorded, please tell us, although this may limit how we can assist you by phone.
6. How We Share Personal Information
We may share personal information:
- With an independent third-party law firm reviewing or handling your matter, including documents and information in your file;
- With service providers that perform functions for us, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, telephone and text messaging, email, call recording and transcription, AI tools, electronic signature, payment processing, document management, scheduling, analytics, advertising measurement, and information security;
- With professional advisers, such as accountants and attorneys who advise Resolve, where reasonably necessary;
- When you direct or authorize us to make a disclosure;
- When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
- To protect our rights, property, systems, clients, or others, and to investigate fraud or unlawful activity; and
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Mobile Information Notice: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages.
The law firm that reviews your file is independent of Resolve and is responsible for its own professional obligations. It may provide you with its own engagement agreement, privacy notice, or terms. Providing information to Resolve does not create an attorney-client relationship with Resolve or with any law firm.
7. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising
Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for site functionality, security, analytics, and advertising. We use advertising and analytics services from Google, which may place cookies or tags on our website.
These third parties may collect information about your activity on our website, and on other websites over time, to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. You can limit personalized Google ads through Google's ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
8. Do Not Track and Privacy Signals
There is no uniform standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, and our website does not currently respond to them. Where applicable law requires us to honor a browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will do so.
9. Calls, Texts, and Emails
When you give us your phone number or email address, we may contact you about your inquiry, appointments, documents, and services, as permitted by law.
We send marketing calls or texts to prospective clients only with any consent the law requires. Consent to marketing calls or texts is never a condition of purchasing services. Once you are a client, our texts are informational, such as appointment reminders, document requests, and status updates.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages related to an existing inquiry, account, or legal obligation. Our full text messaging terms are in Part 3.
10. Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Your payment information is subject to the processor's own security standards and terms.
11. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, including completing your file, maintaining consent and communication records, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and protecting legal rights. Retention periods vary by type of information.
12. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. We limit access to sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers and financial account numbers, to personnel and service providers who need it.
No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to Resolve, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of certain information;
- Request a portable copy of certain information;
- Opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable; and
- Appeal a decision about your request where applicable.
To make a request, email solar@resolveresidential.com or call 702-800-7835. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
14. California Residents
The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 2, the sources in Section 2, the purposes in Section 3, and the categories of recipients in Section 6.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. California residents may submit privacy requests using the contact information in Section 13.
15. Nevada Residents
We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. Nevada residents may still submit a request to opt out of any future sale by emailing solar@resolveresidential.com.
16. Florida and Other States
Residents of Florida and other states may have additional rights where a state privacy law applies to Resolve. Requests may be submitted using the contact information in Section 13.
17. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults dealing with residential solar agreements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
18. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites. We do not control their privacy practices, which are governed by their own policies.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and provide any additional notice required by law.
Part 2: Website Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of resolveresidential.com and related forms and online services operated by Resolve Group LLC. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Website
Resolve helps homeowners evaluate circumstances relating to a solar loan, lease, power purchase agreement, installation, or other residential solar arrangement. Services described on the website may include:
- Initial intake;
- Review of information about your solar arrangement;
- Document guidance;
- Help identifying and obtaining relevant documents;
- Organization and review of submitted documents;
- Preparation of a file for further evaluation; and
- Referral of completed files to an independent third-party law firm.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that any particular service, remedy, or outcome will be available.
2. Resolve Is Not a Law Firm
Resolve Group LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. Any legal services are provided by an independent third-party law firm, which is responsible for its own professional obligations.
Any attorney-client relationship is formed only between you and that law firm, under terms you agree to with it. Using this website, submitting a form, speaking with Resolve, or providing documents to Resolve does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Every solar agreement and homeowner situation is different. Potential options may depend on:
- The language of your agreements;
- Financing or lease terms;
- Statements made during the sales process;
- Installation circumstances and system performance;
- Available documents and evidence;
- Applicable laws;
- The actions of solar companies, lenders, lessors, installers, and other third parties; and
- The evaluation of any independent law firm involved.
Resolve does not guarantee that:
- Your solar agreement can be canceled;
- Your payment obligations can be reduced or eliminated;
- You will receive a refund;
- Any lender, lessor, installer, or solar company will agree to a particular result;
- Legal action will be appropriate or successful;
- Your credit will be affected in any particular way; or
- Any matter will be resolved within a particular time.
Past results, if referenced, do not guarantee future results.
4. No Legal, Financial, Tax, or Credit Advice
Information on this website is general in nature. Resolve does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or credit advice through this website.
You should not stop making payments, breach an agreement, ignore communications from a lender or other party, or take any other action that could affect your legal or financial rights based solely on information on this website.
5. Information You Provide
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. The quality of any review depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide the documents and information you submit.
6. Initial Review and Further Services
An initial review does not mean that a law firm has accepted your matter, that legal representation has begun, that you qualify for a particular remedy, or that any third party has agreed to change or cancel an agreement.
Any services you purchase from Resolve are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
7. Fees
The website does not set a universal fee for services. Any applicable fee and payment terms will be disclosed to you before you enter an agreement for that service.
8. Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree that Resolve may contact you about your inquiry as permitted by law. Some communications may be handled by automated or AI-assisted systems, as described in Part 1. Our text messaging terms are in Part 3.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy in Part 1 of this page.
10. Third Parties
Your matter may involve companies or individuals Resolve does not control, including solar installers, sales organizations, financing companies, lenders, lessors, utilities, manufacturers, and independent law firms. Resolve is not responsible for the independent conduct of these parties.
11. Website Information and Testimonials
We try to keep website information accurate, but it may not reflect every fact, legal development, or individual circumstance. Testimonials and examples describe individual situations and are not promises or predictions of your outcome.
12. Intellectual Property
The website's text, graphics, branding, design, and logos are owned by or licensed to Resolve Group LLC. You may view website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use it without our permission.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website to:
- Violate any law;
- Submit false or fraudulent information;
- Impersonate another person;
- Interfere with the website's operation or security;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or information;
- Introduce malicious software;
- Scrape the website by automated means; or
- Infringe the rights of Resolve or others.
14. Website Availability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Resolve Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. This does not limit any liability that cannot legally be limited, and it does not change the terms of any separate written agreement.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal dispute relating to the website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms waives a consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms on this page, are the entire agreement between you and Resolve regarding use of the website.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version.
Part 3: SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Resolve Group LLC through the Resolve Group Client Notifications program.
1. Program Description

Once you are a client, messages are informational, such as appointment reminders, document requests, and status updates.
2. Consent
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Resolve at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology, and some may be generated or sent using AI-assisted technology.
Where the law requires prior express written consent for marketing messages, we request that consent separately. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You confirm that the mobile number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, and services.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your wireless carrier and plan. Resolve is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. We also honor replies of END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPT OUT, and any other reasonable request to stop that clearly tells us you no longer want messages.
After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your request. That message will not contain marketing. We process opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law.
6. Help
For help, reply HELP, call 702-800-7835, or email solar@resolveresidential.com.
7. Rejoining
If you opted out and want to receive messages again, you can opt back in through any available opt-in method, or by replying START.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is handled under the Privacy Policy in Part 1 of this page. We use service providers to deliver and manage our messages.
Mobile Information Notice: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages.
10. Changing Your Number
If you stop using a mobile number you gave us, please let us know so we can update our records.
11. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version.
